I need this information to design a heat exchanger in yeast autolysis
Why do you kill your yeast? Are you trying to extract the B vitamins from yeast? If your only concern is to kill by breaking your just use baking heat. Put the yeast in a saucepan and heat. Good luck If I can be more useful just ask me.
